Built on family experience

A trusted family business, carried forward.

3P Home Renovations began more than 35 years ago when Jon’s father, Philip, started the business alongside his two brothers. The three brothers built the company through determination, hands-on experience and a commitment to doing every job properly. Philip taught himself the trade from the ground up, developing his skills project by project and turning that knowledge into a successful family business trusted by homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area.

Jon grew up surrounded by the business and began working alongside his father at 18. Through years on the job, he learned far more than construction techniques—he learned how to plan carefully, solve problems, communicate honestly and treat every customer’s home with respect. Philip passed down the knowledge he had spent decades building, giving Jon the foundation to develop his own experience and lead projects with the same care and attention to detail.

Today, 3P Home Renovations carries that family experience forward. Every renovation combines proven craftsmanship with fresh ideas, clear communication and personal service. From the first conversation to the final finishing detail, our goal is to create lasting work that our customers—and our family—can be proud of.
